Bathroom shower needs repair

Pas d nourriture swimming pool area closed not a functionnal hotel

The only good thing about this hotel is a distance to the airport.

Nearly everything was bad: smelly, dirty, it is November and we got room without blanket. When we ask - we got dirty, old blanket with holes. We were leaving hotel at 6am and we had problem because it was nobody to open the gate. The only one person nice and a helpful was men from the kitchen.

Food's good staff friendly but the rest was awful dump bad smell leaking, blocked drains no towels first day no bed sheets and lots more. Disappointed

I like the staff and of course the environment is okay

There staff are very nice the chefs guy for breakfast is very humble and give alot of respect to all his clients and also the front desk guys are pretty good too with the security guys are very excellent I think the only part that they need to improve is the rooms with out Heather's the rooms are too cold which is not good enough but the best is fine

This place should be closed it does not meet the lowest standards of any hotel anywhere in the world

Everything is terrible

Mauvais service ' hôtel médiocre ' A disastrous hotel, a lack of respect for the customer. Chaos . Imagine not finding a place for your car, which is given with love and rooms are also given with love. They gave me a room without a TV. And when I demanded my right to a television, he brought me a cathodique television. The strangest and most surprising thing is that on the day of departure they prevented me from entering the car to transport my bags and I was forced to carry the bags outside the hotel.

The pool, the beach access, the staff and the entertainment were very good.

There was no shampoo nor shower gel in all the rooms we took some rooms were missing toilet paper, soap, towels... We had to ask the receptionist but they didn't bring everything missing. There were ants in the room.. the hotel was not very clean.

La tranquillité, pour le moment en basse moyenne saison. Pendant la journée tout est calme un oasis de paix mais la nuit

La nuit c'est le bordel les gens parlent à haute voix Les belles de nuit font le vas et viens et leurs talon résonne comme un.marteau Trop de bruit du aussi aux buveurs alcoolisé qui reste jusqu'à nuit fondé

L emplacement , l'accueil du personnel toujours souriant

Les matelas incorfontables,la télévision ne marché pas ,pas d eaux chaudes, couloirs très sombres, moquettes très sales a enlever dans un pays chaud.

Pas d’eau chaude pour se doucher matelas à ressort très inconfortable 3 chaînes de TV

Le petit déjeuner est très simple

Il manque des couvertures, et en plus il n'y a pas de chauffage,

Le personnel très accueillant, un cadre superbe

Un hôtel vide , nous étions les seuls touristes. Donc pas de chauffage, pas d eau chaude et un bar ouvert à l extérieur avec de la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin

La présence des maîtres nageurs. Les équipements fonctionnelle. Le balcon. Animation pour les enfants le soir. Animation à la piscine.

Personnels désagréable, des insultes à l'accueil, arrivant à 14h pour avoir sa chambre qu'à 18h. Les 2 assesseurs sont en panne, donc 3 étages à pieds avec les poussettes et les bagages. Gel douche qui sens l'odeur des égouts. Pas de protocole d'higiene liée au covid.... La nourriture est à revoir, des restes du pain, pas de choix, trop d'attente... 2 enfants sur 3 se sont blessé à la piscine à cause du carlage cassé. Pas de choix sur les boissons.
